The resort is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the gift shop and numerous restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and well, equipped, with a kitchenette and sitting area. the bathrooms are clean and well, maintained. the service provided by the staff is attentive and friendly. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning. the resort offers a variety of facilities, including hot tubs and pools, perfect for relaxation after a long day of activities in the region.
The cancellation and refund process seems to be complicated and time, consuming.

The pools were nice and warm, and I had a lot of fun hanging out in them. the location was really beautiful, surrounded by mountains and a river nearby. the spa services were a really nice treat after a long day of exploring.
Parts of the hotel were under construction and it was pretty noisy during the day. some of the staff members were not very friendly and seemed frustrated to answer our questions.

Convenient Hot Springs and Location
The main advantage of our holiday was the Hot Springs that were very close to our hotel. We enjoyed the luxury of being able to take a dip in the hot pools anytime we wanted, even in the middle of the night. the location of the hotel was quite convenient as everything we needed was close by. We were able to find many shops and restaurants within walking distance of our hotel.
The beds were old and uncomfortable, and the suites had a college dorm feel. The toilet handle was malfunctioning, and the television kept resetting.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend at this resort! Loved the complimentary chocolates and Easter eggs they left on our pillows. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and a short drive to some great restaurants. The hot springs were a definite highlight of our trip, with multiple pools to choose from and stunning mountain views. The fact that they were only open to guests added to the exclusive feel of the resort. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a great selection of options.
There was some construction noise during our stay that started early in the morning and continued throughout the day. It was a bit of a disruption to our relaxation time and made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities.
